Payment Terms |
Check, money order, MasterCard & Visa accepted. Signed FFL must be received with payment for rifle or receiver order. The receivers are currently in stock and we ship within 48 hours. Rifles are custom built and require a deposit to start manufacturing. All rifles 1/2 down with order and balance due when rifle completed |
| If you wish to get your serial number on the books right
away we can send you your receiver and then you can send it back for us to
complete.
Final payment is due when rifle is completed and before we ship it. Any changes to the rifle order in regards to coatings or barrel length postpones guaranteed delivery by 6 weeks. No order changes accepted 30 days after initial order unless both approved by us and sent to us in writing. If our facilities are destroyed by a natural disaster such as a hurricane or tornado or if there is some major war or domestic civil strife that stops us from being able to obtain barrels & steel then this would of course void the on time guarantee. ALL NFA ITEMS ARE TAKING SEVERAL MONTHS FOR ATF PAPERWORK PROCESSING - so please only order if time for delivery is not critical. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
